Take home some imagination! There have been lots of questions asking where the idea came from, or how long it took to come up with the concept.
Originally, there were two ideas that gradually merged into one. Some characters just come out while writing. I don't plan them. They're just born into the story.
Others are pulled from long-ago ideas that I'd like to see in writing. Then there are the conceptual characters, those formed in order to produce future novels.
To me, they are the most exciting and challenging ones. We need to move! Every now and then they would both wink at once.
Wisdom, who was furthest from Katherine, pricked his ears at the faintest clop of hoofs hitting ground. He cried out her name just as a dark shape began to materialize from the mist.
Nostrils flared, and its lips pulled back to reveal a set of fangs It was around thirty-five pages in length with chapters. I wrote it on one of those old computers with the large floppy disks.
It just so happened to come with a simple writing program, very similar to "notepad", except each file was limited to so many words.
That where I wrote my first story. Who would have guessed my first story would have come out as Science-Fiction? It was titled "Time Keeper".
I still have it to this day, along with the original watercolor artwork idea for the cover. In , I started some research to add to the story so that the day I rewrote it, it would have a better storyline.
I now have the storyline. Just need to finish the writing. A Healer is a shape-shifter who takes on animal forms, depending on what element it has chosen.
While actual healing abilities are limited to certain elements, Healers are hands-down the masters of manipulating landscapes, are fairly social beings, and are as stubborn as quarreling children!
There are four basic elements: Fire, Air, Earth, and Water. These elements are what comprise the magic within Nature. And yet a Healer is born with no bond to Nature whatsoever.
To become One with it, they must first accept one of its elements, and has the option to purge all magic in order to change over to a different element — but can only change up to three times.
Too many to count! But here's a link to some of the novels, short stories, poetry, etc. So far, here are the titles so far: Throughout history, Nature has controlled the seasons wiithout the need of Healers.
Now, these three masters have been selected for their powerful talents to help balance out what Nature has done for millennium.
To become a master of the elements, one must be "reborn. In a piece Simon Waterson did for Q magazine he went into a good amount of detail about the types of movements and exercises he used with Daniel Craig.
It has also been mentioned that Craig spend about '45 minutes' in the gym '5 times a week' and used a lot of circuits and high intensity cardio in his training.
Clearly the training was aimed at making him look the part, like he could 'kill' and also prepare him for the rigors of shooting an action movie.
Simon Waterson is quoted as having said the workouts were based around 'powerlifting' with more compound exercises.
Also part of the mixture was posture, low body fat levels and the ability to move quickly, climb and fight well. Useful additions would include: Many people have been claiming to know the exact program that Daniel Craig did to get in shape for the film.
Strangely none of them match up One example program quoted is the following. All exercises done in a circuit for a total of 4 giant sets: This is claimed to be the exact workout but I haven't seen it confirmed.
I'll be frank, I have a few major problems with this:. If you do it 3, 4 or more times a week for 6 weeks then you are bound to get problems, more so if you're approaching 40 and have the added issue of fights scenes and other stunts to do.
This program is aimed at getting someone very lean, indeed the source this is from is a trainer who specializes in this however, look at Daniel Craig in other films he is lean and actually needs to gain muscle mass - this is not the best way to do this.
This of course doesn't mean it won't work, I just feel there are smarter ways to achieve the desired results. I am also aware that the above quoted workout may well not be the whole story.
Others claim that they have the program that Daniel Craig did for the film but they fail to mention exercises choices and workout structures explicitly mentioned by Simon Waterson and Daniel Craig.
So with all this confusion about the type of program, you have to ask the important question: My aim with the below program is to get you looking a lot better, not wear you out.
Daniel Craig would have had the expertise of a physiotherapist, masseur, nutritionist, access to plunge pools, etc. This means we will have to go cautiously keeping in mind your disadvantages when it comes to recovery - this is also why I have written this article.
The training has to match the trainee and most of the routines I see quoted will leave the average person in the street injured, over worked or despondent.
A failsafe way of getting to goals of a lean muscular physique is with a 3 days per week upper and lower body split. But it gets some of the bicep too.
Does the hand position in lat pull give any of the benefit you mention? I noticed a big difference in bicep girth once I started incorporating this into my routine.
Grip position can change everything! Flip that grip around on the lat pull and you will definitely target the biceps more. What is a 2 day workout? Is it when you only do the excersises twice a week?
Also are there any nutrtional and cardio routines to follow? I am very skinny and have little body fat. Is this the right type of routine for someone like me to follow?
A 2 a day workout is when you work out twice a day Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So as it says in my workout I get up early, do a morning routine then head to work or school come back home in the afternoon and begin my chest workout.
I like to have carbs before I work out and if your skinny this may be good for you too. I like to do cardio on an Exercise bike on the highest level on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
I also do legs on these days too. I will post later a good nutrition plan as well what to do as far as legs.
